These Terms of Service govern your use of the Harvest Fields application. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Harvest Fields, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You sign in with your Google account. The App accesses your Google Sheets to read and write territory data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to territory management. You must not misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or interfere with other users.
The App, its design, code, and content are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Harvest Fields relies on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Google Sheets API, Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, and OpenStreetMap. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and deleting it. The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
